Dr. John M. Tutt, of Kansas City, Missouri, was a practicing medical doctor when he was healed through the teachings of Christian Science.
"I found Christian Science in the summer of 1905. I was healed of defective eye sight, stomach trouble, and other physical, mental, and moral discords on July 4 in Montgomery, Alabama. I had no Christian Science practitioner treating me, and was healed by reading the textbook of Christian Science, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy. My whole life underwent immediate change."
Dr. Tutt left the medical profession and became a Christian Science practitioner, teacher, and lecturer. He lectured worldwide on the subject of Christian Science for 30 years.
We want to extend our gratitude to everyone who has helped us in our research of Dr. Tutt. Through interviews, photos, reminiscences, and documents we are gathering the historical importance of his life in association with the Christian Science movement. As a result, in early May of 2016 we are bringing to you a short 35 minute film of his life.
